
Laurie McNiff, LICSW, is a dedicated clinical social worker with a wealth of experience spanning over a decade. Laurie’s journey in the field of social work began with her Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of New Hampshire, where she graduated Cum Laude. She continued her education at the same institution, earning a Master of Social Work degree with Advanced Standing.
Throughout her career, Laurie has held various roles in clinical settings, demonstrating her commitment to improving the lives of individuals struggling with mental health and substance use disorders. She has served as a Resident Advisor, Clinician, Program Director, and Director of Clinical Services in organizations across Rhode Island, Florida, and Maine.
In her current role as Director of Clinical Services at Codac Inc., Laurie oversees clinical services for the MAT and Mental Health Programs. She is dedicated to optimizing patient outcomes through staff management and policy implementation.
Laurie has received recognition for her contributions, including receiving awards from the NH Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers and the Social Justice Award from the University of New Hampshire.
Outside of work, Laurie volunteers with organizations like Give an Hour and the American Red Cross Disaster Mental Health. With her extensive experience and commitment to social work, Laurie continues to make a positive impact in the field, advocating for the well-being of individuals and communities.
