In "Five Questions With," Jacob talks about the work behind CODAC's newest mobile medical van, which opened in August at Wood River Health in Hopkinton's Hope Valley neighborhood. Staffed with healthcare providers, the van offers medication for opioid use disorder Monday through Friday.
