Dr. Lily Pike MD, is a board-certified addiction medicine physician with specialized experience in the treatment of opioid use disorder (OUD) and co-occurring substance use disorders. Dr. Pike is the medical director of the Royal Little, East Bay, ACI and Wyatt sites at CODAC. She also directs the offsite methadone delivery service, which provides methadone access to patients at many nursing facilities and inpatient rehabilitation programs across the state of Rhode Island. Additionally, as a Clinical Instructor of Medical Science at Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, Dr. Pike provides mentoring and clinical education in the field of opioid treatment to medical students and residents.
Dr. Pike earned her medical degree from Brown University in 2012 and completed postgraduate training in family medicine at Mount Sinai Beth Israel Residency in Urban Family Medicine in 2015. After spending her early career as a primary care physician, she became board certified in addiction medicine via the clinical training pathway in 2024. Her clinical expertise includes use of medications for treatment of opioid use disorder including methadone, buprenorphine, and naltrexone; management of withdrawal and cravings; and coordination of care for patients with complex medical, psychiatric, and social needs.
With a strong commitment to harm reduction and recovery-oriented care, Dr. Pike emphasizes patient dignity, safety, and individualized treatment planning. Her approach integrates medical management, counseling collaboration, and ongoing monitoring to support long-term recovery and improved quality of life.
In her free time, Dr. Pike remains actively engaged in continuing medical education and advances in addiction science to uphold the highest standards of care. She also enjoys traveling, gardening and spending time with her family.
