Lisabeth Bennett: Tobacco Cessation & How CODAC has helped people ‘comfortably’ quit smoking
Lisabeth Bennett, a clinical director of tobacco cessation services at CODAC Behavioral Healthcare, joined John J. Tassoni Jr. on AM 790 WPRV’s RI Common Ground for a podcast about reducing cigarette use. Bennett described CODAC’s program, and proven strategies that have helped people comfortably quit smoking for good.
Tassoni, a business leader and social activist, is the host of Common Ground and Recovery Radio, a program that features people in recovery and their triumphs over substance use disorder. Both programs have been used as a platform to spread understanding about addiction as a mental illness and provide hope for people in recovery. Common Ground Talk Radio is presented on Mondays from 4-5 p.m. on AM Talk Radio 790.
